Siwawa: Is a unique kind of local flavor very popular in Guizhou Province. The cook first of all, washes more than a dozen varieties of fresh vegetables, placing them in small plates respectively after slicing. Diners wrap their favorite vegetables in the paper-thin, small dish-sized rice-flour pancakes, pour fresh delicious sources and other seasonings into it. Wrap as much as you like, eat as many as you wish, and pay after eating. It is really a kind of delicacy favored not only by women and children but by tourists.

Changwangmian: Meaning: Chang (local sausage), wangzi (pork blood), mian (noodles). Noodles cooked with local sausage and pork blood soup is a very popular flavor in the local area of Guiyang and its adjunct areas. It is made through 12 different procedures with noodles especially made of eggs and wheat flour. It is usually served hot and spicy and the taste is inviting and delicious.
