Tiger Grasping at Heart


Move the left foot one step forward to form a left bow stepping position; move the left spread hand in a small circle on the left side of the body and change it into a fist and put it at the waist; strike the right fist straight forward and at the same time move the right foot swiftly half step toward the left foot. Look straight forward (Fig. 17)

Part IX: Staring at the Enemy

Lift the left foot slightly with the toes touching the ground; put the left spread hand in front of the right shoulder with the left elbow tightly against the chest; put the clenched right fist above the head to the right; look toward the left. (Fig. 18)

Part X: Finishing Posture

Close the feet and lower the hands to a standing posture like that of the preparatory one (Fib. 19)
