Rub the Soles of the Feet

Function: To increase foot power and prevent beriberi.

Do This movement in a sitting position. Sit either on a chair or bed. Put the left foot on the right lap; rub the sole with the right palm 36 times. Then put the right foot on the left lap; rub the sole of the right food with the left palm 36 times. It would be better to cross the legs and rub the soles of the two feet simultaneously .

Point of attention: Do not rub the soles of feet to fast or with too much force.
