Born on July 15, 1948. Mr. Zhang Xingwang (Mose Zhang) was working as a martial art coach in No. 15 High School of Kaifeng, meanwhile a Kongfu advisor for local police troops. Because of special talents and well-known personality, he was voted to be a CPPCC(Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, an organization equivalent to local representative house). In his spare time, he studies the Old Testament and local Kaifeng Jewish history. As one of the deputy chief secretaries of Kaifeng Judaic
Academy, he spends quite a few of his time and energy on bilateral exchanges between foreign Jewish communities and local Jewish descendants. He volunteered to work a lot on the building of the Judaic Exhitition Rooms in the Riverside Scene Park City for six months. He always declares that "I won't expect too much from what I did but to let this history known widely".

His wife is of great traditional Chinese morality, always tranquil, honest and gentle to her aged mother-in-law and their only son. The boy now is studying at the 10th grade in a local high school. He is stressed on English courses, and looking forward to being enrolled by a Hebrew university in Israel or any other countries.
